Job Description
Research Associate role at DLF, driving R&D for alfalfa, forage grasses, and turf grasses. Collaboration with Trials Excellence Manager, working in field and greenhouse, and contributing to innovation and career growth within DLF.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Sciences, or related field (or 3+ years equivalent experience)
Valid driver's license, DOT medical card, and Pesticide Applicator's License
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of regional crop production, farm operations, and agricultural chemicals
