Role OverviewThe Research Associate will assist in developing, setting up, and monitoring of psychological and physiological testing for various projects in the fields of psychological health, human performance, and talent management. The role will involve working on a government installation, with some offsite travel required. The Research Associate will be responsible for tasks such as administering and debriefing psychological assessments, facilitating group presentations, and supporting research efforts.
What You Will Do
Administer and debrief psychological assessments, facilitate group presentations, conduct basic literature searches, draft literature reviews, support research efforts, perform statistical analysis, and participate in team meetings.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology or a related field, with at least four years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least eight years of experience. The candidate should demonstrate research experience, computer literacy, and public speaking skills. Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI/PII compliance, and data security is also required.

- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with computer programming languages such as R

- Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI/PII compliance, and data security
- Ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision

- Pay range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
