Job Description
UT Southwestern Medical Center is hiring a Research Associate in Surgical Oncology to work in the Peritoneal Surface Malignancy Program (Kim/Huang Lab). The role combines laboratory management and operations with research support and technical expertise. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, provide technical support, and manage the mouse colony. A pathway to transition into leading an independent research project is available.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree with major coursework in field of assignment or Bachelor's Degree with major coursework in field of assignment
  • 3 years of laboratory experience with Master's degree or 4 years of laboratory experience with Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience at the level of Research Assistant II or equivalent
