Job Description
The Research Data Analyst will work closely with senior staff to generate both statistical and graphical analysis of research data. This individual must understand clinical research as well as biostatistical and epidemiological methods and be able, with guidance, to choose the appropriate methods and analysis to address the needs of the research questions.
Requirements
In depth knowledge and experience with at least one of the following statistical packages: SAS, SPSS, STATA.
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of progressive experience with statistical programming and analysis as well as demonstrated knowledge and experience with data management.
Highly skilled in quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques
Previous experience with survey data collection, management, and analysis tools
Familiar with qualitative interview data collection and thematic analysis is a plus
Commitment to a positive community-centered research approach
Commitment to active problem-solving with timely follow-up and closed loop team communication
Experience with translating data for the lay, clinical, and research audiences
Experienced in manuscript development and submission, as well as research-related presentations
