Role OverviewThe Research Data Program Manager is a role focused on driving TikTok Trust & Safety's research, transparency, and regulatory compliance efforts. The team is focused on enabling the work of independent researchers to understand the content and activities that take place on the TikTok platform.
What You Will Do
Manage research data compliance process, work cross-functionally to evaluate and improve data sharing tools and procedures, collaborate with external stakeholders, and contribute to advancing TikTok's Trust & Safety Research agenda.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of research activities including research ethics and data privacy
- Experience conducting quantitative or mixed methods original research in an academic, NGO, and/or tech setting
- Master's degree with a strong research component
- Experience building new processes and driving alignment across teams
- Proactive and detail oriented; able to interpret and apply guidance from various disciplines to the task at hand
