Job Description
The Research Economist will author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on economics problems, produce original problem sets, and collaborate with AI research teams.
Requirements
PhD in Economics, MS/MA in Economics with 3+ years applied, policy, or teaching experience, or BA/BS in Economics with 5+ years applied, industry, or research experience
Working fluency in at least two of: micro, macro, econometrics, industrial organization, labor economics, development
Comfortable interpreting economic charts, econometric output, policy figures, and time-series plots
Clear technical writing skills with the ability to articulate reasoning step-by-step
