Job Description
RESEARCH HEALTH & SAFETY SPECIALIST To work with the Research Safety Team to support the laboratory safety program. Conduct laboratory audits, generate correspondences, and provide corrective recommendations to principal investigators. Maintain and update electronic audit systems and chemical inventory databases. Deliver safety services, assist in developing risk-based safety plans, and promote safety awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Hygiene or a related field
  • One (1) year of related experience
  • Valid driver's license, issued in the United States; at least 21 years of age; at least three years of driving experience; maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
