Job Description
We're a passionate team working to transform the human-pet relationship by developing cutting-edge technology to revolutionize pet ownership. We're looking for a Research Lead to own our research function and directly shape product strategy.

Requirements

  • Build the research function from the ground up, including methodology, cadence, panel, and tooling
  • Lead customer research, including interviews, surveys, diary studies, concept tests, and in-context observation
  • Work closely with the Founder and VP of Product to ensure every major decision is grounded in deep customer insight
  • Use AI-native workflow, including Claude and a modern AI stack, to run more research cycles and surface insight
  • Turn complex qual and quant signal into sharp, opinionated recommendations for leadership
