Role OverviewThe Research Manager will contribute to the department by providing support as the administrative and operational lead for CMU's activities on one or more state-scale worker-support demonstration projects. This involves project management, research compliance, financial management, external and partner relations, and communications.
What You Will Do
Core responsibilities include project management and coordination, research compliance and contracting, financial management, external and partner relations, and communications. The Research Manager will work closely with the PI and academic research team, managing tasks, timelines, and results using standard project management tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- At least three years of project management experience
