The Research Project Manager, Pediatrics role is responsible for initiating and managing research projects and programs within the Department of Pediatrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 5 years experience in clinical research, including at least three years experience in project management
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple studies, deadlines, and collaborators simultaneously
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in regulatory documentation, contracts, and compliance tracking
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving mindset, with comfort navigating ambiguity and independently learning new systems or regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the research program professionally to internal and external partners
