Role Overview

The Research Scientist - Ruminant plays a critical role in developing and executing the beef and dairy scientific program for animal health and nutrition research at the Phibro Innovation Center. The Research Scientist leads a robust, strategic, and coordinated research process focused on our nutritional specialty products (NSP) and medicated feed additives (MFA).

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain a long-term R&D plan, design and conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, write reports, and draw meaningful conclusions and future directions based on research findings. Collaborate closely with scientists, research coordinators, technicians, and other experts to ensure successful planning and execution of research projects.

The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in a relevant field of animal nutrition, physiology, immunology or related discipline, experience in conducting research in ruminants, and experience in a research setting involving experimental design and data analysis techniques.

Requirements
