Role OverviewJoin our Large Molecule Assay Development team within Research and Breakthrough Innovation at Elanco. This laboratory-based position is focused on the development, validation, and execution of ligand-binding assays (LBAs) to quantify monoclonal antibodies and other protein therapeutics in biological matrices.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and optimize ligand-binding assays (e.g., ELISA, MSD, Gyros) for the quantification of monoclonal antibodies in various biological fluids. Perform fit-for-purpose bioanalytical methods according to internal SOPs and global regulatory guidelines.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with immunoassay platforms and a deep understanding of the unique challenges associated with the bioanalysis of large molecules.
