Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Research Scientist in Pediatrics to support research efforts directed toward developing treatments for genetic pediatric disorders. The individual will conduct independent research and contribute to multiple ongoing projects, with responsibilities including maintaining and managing transgenic mouse colonies, performing molecular biology and cell-based assays, and producing adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors.

Requirements

  • PhD with major course work in the field of assignment
  • 5 years of research experience in the field of assignment with PhD
  • 2 years at the level of Senior Research Associate or its equivalent
