Job Description
The Systems and Decision Sciences Group at Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking a Research Scientist to contribute to research in complex systems, collaborating with scientists in interdisciplinary research projects. The role involves creating, evaluating, and publishing novel research ideas, supervising and mentoring students, and collaborating with industry, academia, and government labs.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Sciences, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of two years of relevant research experience
  • Established track record of research in an area relevant to the group
  • Demonstrated impact in R&D projects via high-quality peer-reviewed publications, codebases, curated datasets, etc.
