Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Research Services Analyst to join our Knowledge Management team. This role plays a key part in shaping the future of research services by leveraging emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall service delivery.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, Research, or a related field required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in legal research, competitive intelligence, and/or knowledge management within a law firm or professional services environment
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex research tasks and drive innovation
Experience working with AI-powered research tools and advanced legal technology platforms
Strong project management skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while collaborating cross-functionally
