Role OverviewAs a Research Specialist, you will develop high-quality research questions, answers, and evaluation materials to train advanced language models. You will gather and summarize information from diverse sources to support AI model training, and provide structured feedback to improve AI model outputs and training data quality. You will work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and elevate model performance, and collaborate with AI research teams to ensure consistency and coverage across datasets.
