Job Description
The Research Technician II position is responsible for providing technical assistance in performance of assignments requiring basic knowledge of techniques and practices related to particular field of science, specifically supporting clinical/postdoctoral fellows with their research projects by performing genotyping, cell culture experiments, and data analysis. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive professional with a Bachelor's degree and no experience or 2 years of college with emphasis in coursework in field of assignment. The position is part of the Parikh lab studying mechanisms of aging as they relate to the vasculature and energy metabolism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with major coursework in field of assignment and no experience
  • 2 years of college with emphasis in coursework in field of assignment
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
