Job Description
The Kinder Institute for Urban Research is seeking a Researcher or Senior Researcher to oversee research on housing affordability, homelessness, and community development in the Houston region. The researcher will work with partner organizations, develop community-informed research projects, and execute collaborative projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and has superior interpersonal, scientific, and numerical skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in housing-related fields
  • 4+ years of experience in data maintenance and analysis, quantitative methodology, GIS, interviews, focus groups, ethnography, or discourse analysis
