We are looking for a Reservation Agent to book hotel rooms for guests, answer inquiries, and process reservations and payments. The ideal candidate is friendly and has excellent property knowledge.

Requirements

  • Answering calls, returning calls, emails and voicemails
  • Booking reservations and processing payments
  • Auditing OnQ PM for reservations accuracy
  • Reviewing actualized rooms for potential errors
