Job Description
The Kingston Resorts is a 145-acre oceanfront resort in Myrtle Beach. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for booking hotel rooms, answering inquiries, and processing reservations. Opportunities for career growth exist within the resort.

Requirements

  • Answer calls, return calls, emails and voicemails
  • Assist guests in booking reservations
  • Audit OnQ PM for reservations accuracy
  • Review actualized rooms for potential errors
  • Monitor and charge No Shows and Late Cancels daily
  • Assist in other administrative duties
