Job Description
Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. As a Reservationist, you will be responsible for daily operations of room reservations and provide excellent customer service while maintaining detailed administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Process and manage individual and group room reservations accurately and efficiently
  • Build and maintain group room inventory systems
  • Provide detailed housing data and reports to the Events and Operations departments
  • Train and support team members on reservation procedures and systems
  • Coordinate with the Events Department to ensure proper allocation of room blocks
  • Monitor and update room availability and inventory status
  • Respond to inquiries and special requests from guests and internal stakeholders
