Job Description
The Reservations and Sales Coordinator is responsible for representing Dream South Beach to guests over the phone and through email correspondence, with a focus on stimulating pre-arrival expectations and creating a positive guest impression.

Requirements

  • Strong sales background in a non-hospitality related field
  • Experience with Opera and Reserve preferred
  • Previous use of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook and Excel
  • Must read, write and speak the English language fluently (knowledge of Spanish is heavily desired)
  • Minimum of 1-year related experience and/or training in reservations or hospitality industry
