Represent Dream South Beach to guests over the phone and through email correspondence in a professional and proficient manner. Maintain knowledge of hotel accommodations and amenities to stimulate pre-arrival expectations and create a positive guest impression.

Requirements

  • 1-year related experience and/or training in reservations or hospitality industry
  • Experience with Opera and Reserve preferred
  • Previous use of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook and Excel
