Job Description
The Reservations and Sales Coordinator is responsible for representing Dream South Beach to guests over the phone and through email correspondence in a professional and proficient manner. This position requires strong sales skills and a full knowledge of hotel accommodations and amenities.

Requirements

  • Represent Dream South Beach by answering phone calls and offering information on accommodations, restaurant and city-wide activities
  • Assist callers by selling future room accommodations and assist existing reservation inquiries
  • Enter group rooming lists, build posting master accounts and ensure group routing is correct
