The Reservations and Sales Coordinator represents Dream South Beach to guests over the phone and through email correspondence in a professional and proficient manner, stimulating pre-arrival expectations and creating a positive guest impression.

Requirements

  • Answer phone calls and offer information on accommodations, restaurant and city-wide activities to meet guest needs, wants and expectations
  • Assist callers by selling future room accommodations and assist existing reservation inquiries via phone or email correspondence
  • Maintain strong relationships & communications with Management, Sales, Events, Marketing, Accounting, and Operations teams
