Role Overview

A Reservations Coordinator is responsible for handling guest room reservation requests, providing hotel facility information, and answering questions. They must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude, and excellent phone demeanor. The role requires knowledge of Hyatt, Forbes 5 Star, and AAA 5 Diamond Luxury Standards and Service Expectations.

What You Will Do

Answer incoming calls, handle guest mail and faxes, take messages for guests, block rooms, enter group rooming lists, post prepayments, bill no-show reservations, and perform other duties as assigned.
