Role Overview

A Reservations Coordinator is responsible for handling guest room reservation requests, providing hotel facility information, and answering questions. They must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude, and excellent phone demeanor.

What You Will Do

Answer incoming calls, handle guest mail and faxes, take messages for guests, and correspond with guests in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer interactions within Hotels and/or Food & Beverage

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of information and pertinent data
  • Prioritize and engage in multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
