Job Description
Role Overview

A Reservations Coordinator is responsible for handling guest room reservation requests, providing hotel facility information, and answering questions. They will also be responsible for blocking rooms, entering group rooming lists, posting prepayments, and billing no-show reservations.

What You Will Do

Answer incoming calls, handle guest mail and faxes, take messages for guests, and correspond with guests in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer interactions within Hotels and/or Food & Beverage
  • Excellent mathematical, written, spoken, technical and computer skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Maintain confidentiality of information and pertinent data
  • Prioritize and engage in multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
