Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Reservations Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a hotel or resort environment
  • Proven leadership experience in guest services or front office operations within the hospitality industry
