Requirements

  • Manage daily reservations operations
  • Oversee systems usage, rate management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Monitor and communicate hotel occupancy, promotions, and special events
  • Supervise and develop reservations team members
  • Lead recruiting efforts and train new team members
  • Develop and update forecasts related to room demand and revenue management
  • Ensure proper handling and recognition of VIPs, repeat guests, and special requests
