Role OverviewHotel Commonwealth's Reservations Manager will maximize revenue, profit, and market share by managing demand, revenue, opportunity analysis, and inventory management. The successful candidate will contribute to Hotel Commonwealth remaining Boston's most beloved independent hotel.
What You Will Do
Assist in monitoring and analyzing demand data, create and analyze competitive hotel information, identify revenue problems and opportunities, and take a strategic approach to effectively generate revenues.

They will be able to understand processes, create and accountability via audits of systems, and provide displacement analysis solutions as needed.
Requirements
- Four year degree preferred
- A minimum of two years' experience in hotel front office, group reservations, analyst, reservations, or similar capacity
- Branded operations experience strongly preferred
- Excellent personal management skills
- Time management
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
