Role OverviewThe Reservations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring accuracy in bookings, adherence to brand standards, and delivery of exceptional guest service.
What You Will Do
Respond to reservation inquiries, manage guest emails, identify guest needs, promote packages and upsell opportunities, manage group blocks and reservations, monitor OTA reservations, and oversee daily administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Proficient in servicing guest requests through Hyatt systems
- Knowledge of Opera, Reserve, Revinate preferred

- Ability to communicate in multiple languages
- Ability to manage phone calls and reservations tasks congruently
