Job Description
ADAPT Community Network is a non-profit organization that provides services to people with developmental disabilities. The Residence Program Specialist II is responsible for supporting the care, development, and independence of individuals living in an ADAPT residential facility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Six months of related experience preferred
  • Approved Medication Administration Personnel (AMAP) certification required
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to respond appropriately to crisis situations
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding the rights of the people we support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
