Job Description
We are recruiting for a mission-driven Residency Coordinator - APP Primary Care Program to join our team! As a Residency Coordinator, you will provide administrative coordination of Denver Health learner activities in collaboration with Program Coordinators, Preceptors, Directors, affiliate academic institutions, and all learners.

Requirements

  • Provides administrative coordination of Denver Health learner activities
  • Operates as liaison for learners, faculty, affiliated academic institutions, and other DH departments
  • Assists program director and other faculty in planning schedules of learners' clinical placements
  • Collaborates with affiliate academic institutions to schedule and onboard learners
  • Ensures all learners are in compliance with Denver Health policies and procedures prior to clinical placement
  • Collaborates with eHS to establish DH network access for learners
  • Collaborates with the DH Badging Office to create ID badges, departments access, and distribute
  • Ensures orientation checklist is completed by all learners to meet Joint Commission compliance requirements
  • Oversees management of learner orientation at Denver Health
  • Assists learners with call-room needs, scrub access, parking, pagers, etc.
  • Identifies problems, develops solutions for the problems and presents the problems and solutions to Program Director
  • Collaborates with Senior Education Coordinator within the Office of Education to improve processes and maximize the learner experience
