Role OverviewResiding Hope is a children's home that provides care and services to children in need. The Resident Advisor will work with a team to create a nurturing environment for the children, assisting and mentoring them in their pursuits to gain independence.
What You Will Do
The Resident Advisor will be responsible for carrying out agency policies and procedures, creating an atmosphere conducive to growth and development, and assisting and mentoring young adults in their pursuits to gain independence.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years' experience working with at-risk young adults
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High personal values and standards
- Demonstrated ability to work with the treatment team
- Ability to maintain sensitivity to the target population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics
