Role OverviewThe Resident Assistant is responsible for providing personal care and delegated health-related services to maintain the resident's physical and emotional well-being. This position follows the service schedule for each resident and correctly documents services provided.
What You Will Do
Assist residents with daily activities, provide morning and evening care, administer medications, observe and report changes in residents' condition, encourage resident independence, and collaborate with team members.

Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
- Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility
