What You Will Do
The Resident Assistant Maintenance Manager will perform a range of tasks, including maintaining spare parts inventory, conducting and documenting move-in and move-out inspections, and responding to service requests to investigate and make repairs. They will also paint and clean surfaces, process assigned areas of grounds, and perform assigned range of preventive maintenance routines.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent
- Applied trades training on a particular or specialized occupation, requiring knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- EPA certification (either Universal or both Type I and Type II)
- Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons
