Role OverviewThe Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide provides quality care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents of the community. Reports incidents and maintains knowledge of policies and procedures.

Assist residents with daily living activities, perform housekeeping duties, respond to emergencies, and plan activity programs.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completed approved personal care aide program
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel
- CPR/First Aid certification
