The Resident Assistant Park Manager position requires an individual with strong leadership ability and resource management experience. The incumbent will supervise the park staff and participate in the management of the area's resources, facilities, and public use. The position involves communicating with, motivating, training, and evaluating employees, as well as planning and directing employees' work.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Resident Assistant Park Manager include supervising the park staff, participating in resource management programs, and ensuring maintenance on a daily, weekly, and yearly basis is regularly performed. The incumbent will also be responsible for enforcing park rules, participating in employee training, and maintaining good employee relations.
