Job Description
Resident Associate provides housekeeping and meal services to residents of the Caring Home Services program, supporting older adults in their apartments and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
One (1) year experience assisting individuals with daily living and household tasks.
Prior experience in a senior care setting.
Demonstrates accountability and exceptional relational and customer service skills.
Effectively relates to and provides compassionate care for a vulnerable, elderly population.
Maintains a safe environment for residents and co-workers by following established safety protocols.
