Job Description
Supervise the operation and maintenance of properties of the Housing Authority, or supervise skilled and semi-skilled employees in major repair programs, implement established procedures, establish work schedules, and develop job instructions.

Requirements

  • Four year high school diploma or its equivalent, plus five years of supervisory experience in operation, repair and maintenance of large tenanted buildings
  • Three years of experience in responsible charge of properties having not less than seven maintenance and operations employees
  • Higher education may be substituted for up to two years of experience on the basis of 30 semester credits from an accredited college for each year of experience
