Job Description
The Resident Building Superintendent is responsible for supervising the operation and maintenance of properties of the Housing Authority, including scheduling and supervising staff, implementing procedures, and performing related work.

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in the operation, repair and maintenance of large tenanted buildings
  • Responsible charge of properties having not less than seven maintenance and operations employees
  • Four year high school diploma or its educational equivalent
