Role OverviewSupervise the operation and maintenance of properties of the Housing Authority, or supervise skilled and semi-skilled employees in major repair programs. Implement established procedures, establish work schedules, and develop job instructions to maintain and/or improve agency standards.
What You Will Do
Schedule and supervise the care, cleaning, and policing of public spaces, supervise maintenance of facility services, inspect work of maintenance contractors, supervise repair and adjustment of structures and equipment, and keep records and accounts of equipment and supplies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This position requires a strong background in supervisory experience, with a minimum of five years of experience in the operation, repair, and maintenance of large tenanted buildings, and three years of experience in responsible charge of properties having not less than seven maintenance and operations employees.
Requirements
- A four year high school diploma or its educational equivalent
- Five years of supervisory experience in the operation, repair, and maintenance of large tenanted buildings
