Job Description
The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking a Resident Building Supt. - Sr. Technical Trainer to facilitate training courses and provide technical support to NYCHA employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance operations, property management supervision, and building operations.

Requirements

  • Three years of permanent service in the title of Maintenance Worker
  • A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent, plus two years of supervisory experience in the operation, repair and maintenance of large-tenanted buildings
  • Higher education may be substituted for up to one year of this experience on the basis of 30 semester credits from an accredited college for each year of experience
