Role OverviewSupervise the operation and maintenance of properties of the Housing Authority, including scheduling and supervising the care, cleaning, and policing of public spaces, supervising maintenance of facility services, and inspecting work of maintenance contractors.
What You Will Do
Perform tasks such as scheduling and supervising the care, cleaning, and policing of public spaces, supervising the maintenance of facility services, inspecting work of maintenance contractors, and taking action in response to requests for necessary repairs and adjustments to structures and equipment.

Requirements
- A four year high school diploma or its educational equivalent
- Five years of supervisory experience in the operation, repair, and maintenance of large tenanted buildings
- Three years of experience in responsible charge of properties having not less than seven maintenance and operations employees
