Job Description
Carolina Reserve of Hendersonville is seeking Resident Care Team Members or Personal Care Aides (PCA) for personal care-related roles. The role is a Part-Time PRN position, accepting all shifts, and offers a unique paid experience through Tapcheck, a mobile app that simplifies payroll and provides financial control. PCA training is provided by Navion.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted.
  • CNA certification is a plus or personal care training certificate needed.

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
