Job Description
La Crosse County is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to work in an assisted living setting, providing exceptional care to residents in a supportive and resident-centered environment.
Requirements
Assist individuals in all areas of personal hygiene, activities of daily living and care of their living area and personal belongings.
Provide treatment and determines and administers medications by following the 'Five Rights'.
Assist individuals at mealtime, including food prep, feeding and supervision while dining.
Provide supervision of individuals to always maintain safety.
Follow all individual service plan approaches, including those developed by other disciplines.
