Job Description
The Bungalows at Nevada is hiring Resident Care Associates to join their team! The Resident Care Associate is responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents and their families in assisted living and Memory care neighborhoods.

Requirements

  • Participates in the development of Personalized Service Plans and updates
  • Follows hydration schedule, completes resident meal attendance sheets, and initiates, assigns, and assist with activities
  • Checks assigned residents daily for cleanliness and change in condition, uses proper sanitary procedures and universal precautions
  • Assists with conducting laundry and cleaning common areas, responds to security system and resident call bells promptly
  • Completes all ADLs for assigned residents according to the resident's Personalized Service Plan (PSP)
