Role OverviewEnsures the quality care of all residents, working closely with various directors and staff. Requires creativity and flexibility in managing complex resident situations. Must train resident aides in delivering quality care.
What You Will Do
Coordinates care plan conferences, maintains task lists, schedules service plans, and implements interim service plans. Monitors the medication room and assists with incident reports and staff management.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires a minimum of 4 years' experience in long-term or assisted living elder care, with 2 years' experience in a supervisory role. Preferred qualifications include previous supervisory experience and a degree in nursing.
