Role OverviewAssists the Health and Wellness Director in various QMAP functions, including identifying and reporting care needs, MAR audits, and staff scheduling.
What You Will Do
Communicates with family members, case workers, and doctors, monitors resident safety, and oversees QMAP practice and medication management.

Requirements
- Medication certification (QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation)
- At least one year of medication administration experience
- High school or Equivalent (GED)
- One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferred
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of electronic health record management system
